This week Steve takes a break and is replaced by behaviour support expert, Gerry Geoghegan from the beautiful island of Bute in the Clyde. Gerry is an Education Support Officer training and troubleshooting in the often thorny area of behaviour management.
Jay can’t resist a free-schools development associated with a sporting group of some kind, once attributed with sporting talent, but now turning their hand to some new educational enterprise!

Matthew is slightly entertained by the File on Four programme on Radio 4 which has reported the number of OFSTED inspectors who were “failed” heads or who in fact never taught at all. He asked whether it mattered but his podcast partners didn’t really bite! What do you think?
